In an attempt to tone up and help with the weight loss efforts (since I cannot REALLY work out yet) I have been taking walks once or twice a day all over Annandale.
Usually I try to get a walk in before lunch and then another one in around when Brett gets home from work so we can have some family time while we get a little exercise.
Peter absolutely LOVES going for walks, and spends the entire time staring at the wheels as they move and the ground as it goes by. If you happen to stop and smell the roses or wait for a car to pass before crossing the street he gets frustrated, but that just keeps me moving.
We also stop at the swings, which never seem to get old. I hope we have a mild winter so we can keep up the trend!
