Ever since having children I am not as in tune with professional sports as I once was... unfortunatly, I don't even have time to follow my own favorite teams (New York Yankees, New Orleans Saints, Washington Capitals, Denver Nuggets).
So it came as a big shock to me when I learned today that BRETT GARDNER was playing outfield for the Yankees.
