One of Peter's favorite "games" is to hide something (or just ask about something in the room) and then "find" it.
This morning, I baked mini muffins for breakfast and as soon as I put Peter in his high chair he stuffed an entire mini-muffin into his mouth.
Without missing a beat he questioned (with a completely full mouth), "Where'd the muffin go?" with hands up and shoulders shrugged.
Two seconds later, his expression changes to excitement, as he points to his mouth (still full) and exclaimed, "Its in there!"
I plan to remind him of this when he is a teenager and thinks there is nothing to do on a rainy day. Kids can make fun out of anything, and I love that!
